About Us

There are 57 hours from 3:00 pm on Friday to midnight on Sunday.

For years, we've been maximizing those hours, skipping out on work early at the end of the week, packing the car with gear, driving off to climb, hike, ski, run, or sail, and then returning late on Sunday, tired, but happy, and fully recharged.

That's how 57hours got its name.

A platform connecting outdoor enthusiasts with the best local guides and small guiding companies.

What about you, how are you spending your 57hours?

Leadership Team

Hiring Process

Learn more about our hiring process - it's only a few easy steps (no worries, not 57 steps—it usually takes just a few weeks).

  • 1. Apply

You've read this and believe there's a match?

Check out our open positions or send a CV and a cover letter.

    Well done, first step done!

  • 2. Initial Interview

If you meet the basic requirements, we'll set up a first-round video interview with our HR.

  • 3. Skills Assessment

Some positions might need an extra assessment to check your specific skills and problem-solving abilities.

Or maybe we’ll invite you to join us for a climbing session. You never know.

  • 4. Second Interview

Shortlisted candidates will have a second-round video interview where you will present your task. Or, again, a climbing session.

  • 5. Final Interview

The final round of interviews is usually with our founders, Perica and Viktor, done either via video call or in person. We love meeting candidates in our office so we can introduce them to the future team.

  • 6. Job Offer

If everything went well, and you seem like the best fit for the role and our company culture. What’s next? We’ll send you a job offer, which will include all employment details such as the start date, compensation, and benefits. We’ll do our best to send it to you within 57hours.

  • 7. Onboarding

Congrats! Welcome to the 57hours team.

Though it’s the last step of our recruitment process, it’s the first step in building your career with us. Excited to have you!

“Like any job, it has its ups and downs. But when I walk into the office and see those smiles, and the attitude of "there's nothing we can't do", along with the coffee breaks, lunches, and social gatherings, it's truly an irreplaceable experience. And let's not even get started on those team-building sessions, that's a whole other story! ”
